Many Provincial Vice Party Secretaries appointed The Party Central Committee Secretariat has appointed several new vice party secretaries for provinces.  Mr. Nguyen Thanh Nghi, newly-appointed Vice Party Secretary of Accordingly, three secretaries of the Ho Chi Minh Communist Youth Union Central Committee, including Mr. Phan Van Mai, 41, Mr. Duong Van An, 43 and Ms. Nguyen Thi Ha, 43 were appointed as Deputy Party Secretaries of Ben Tre, Binh Thuan and Bac Ninh provinces, respectively. Meanwhile, Deputy Minister of Construction – Mr. Nguyen Thanh Nghi, 38, an alternate member of the Party Central Committee (PM Nguyen Tan Dung's eldest son) was appointed as Vice Party Secretary of Another Deputy Minister of Construction - Mr. Tran Van Son, 53, was assigned as Deputy Party Secretary of Dien Bien province.
