BANGKOK (VNS)- Visiting General Secretary of the Communist Party of Viet Nam Nguyen Phu Trong held talks with Thailand's Prime Minister Yingluck Shinawatra in Bangkok yesterday, focusing on promoting bilateral relations to a strategic partnership.
