In pictures: Unique furniture encrusted with shells in Soc Trang
10 years ago, a set of table and chairs and a tea set enchased with millions of sea shells were auctioned for nearly VND100 million (about $50,000).
These special items include six chairs, one table, a tea pot, six cups and a flowerpot. The furniture is now owned by a family in the southern province of Hau Giang.
